Most Virtual Worlds or Virtual Universes are usually made for Teens and Adults but those specially made for kids are now starting to appear as well. One example of a Virtual World or Virtual Universe created specially for kids is Little Space Heroes and it is being developed by Bubble Gum Interactive, an independent developer of children’s virtual worlds and games.
Currently, they are inviting both parents and kids to create their very own Space Hero and start training at the Space Hero Academy. Training involves playing fun mini-games like Asteroid Blast, Star Jet Racing, Parachute Jump and Jetpack Training. The virtual universe isn’t ready yet to be explored but early Space Heroes who will undergo the various training will earn virtual coins and will become full pledged Space Heroes when the Beta Version is released later this year.
